Why We Built This
Non-Profit & Charitable Organizations weren't underserved by accident. They were ignored.
HookPilot was founded by a Canadian who saw the same story repeat itself: mission-driven organizations handed generic tech and CRM tools that were never designed for how they actually work.
Non-Profit & Charitable Organizations don't need another dashboard full of metrics no one has time to interpret. They need the answer, in plain language, from someone who understands the work. That's the gap we set out to close.

Privacy, By Design
We designed the system so it doesn't need to know who you are to tell you what matters.
Never Required
Donor names, emails, phone numbers, and physical addresses are never required or retained by the system.
What We Use
Analysis runs on a donor ID / constituent ID and a geographic prefix only (postal code or ZIP-level, never a full address).
Never Shared
Your data is never shared with third parties. What comes back to you is generated from patterns in giving behavior and public geographic data.
By Architecture
This isn't a compliance afterthought. Donor identity outside that narrow scope is stripped before it ever reaches the analysis layer. That's how the pipeline is built.
